Our Print Process 

Pre-press
The art of producing top quality must start here. In this department we use the very latest JDF Print-ready work flow equipment, capable of handling all the latest type of files.

It incorporates many automatic processes - such as pre-flight check, trapping and imposition.

It is fully calibrated to the press, ensuring high-resolution proofs and laser imaged plates (computer to plate) that are unbelievably accurate and eliminate any dust or contact problems.

Press
Our printing presses are the most modern and up to date available from Heidelberg (the world market leader), with a direct link to pre-press and complete with Heidelberg’s colour management system that ensures each job is consistently and accurately printed.

Post-press
The use of Heidelberg equipment in this department ensures continuity compatibility and absolute quality.
